Handbuilt terracotta dish decorated in white slip and sgraffito, with elements borrowed from 15th and 16th century English Blackwork, an early embroidery technique which typically used black silk thread on unbleached linen or cotton. The mantra I wrote myself, inspired by adversity.

Humbled by nature,
